Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Dromela website and services. Please read them carefully. They explain what the site is, what you may and may not do, and where our responsibility starts and ends.

1. Use of the website and services

Dromela is an information and marketing platform. It provides tools and information relating to the trading of digital assets and other financial instruments. Transactions are carried out with a licensed or registered legal entity, and by using the website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, live in Australia and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Nothing on the website is investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking that they suit your circumstances.

2. Restrictions

You may not use the website in a way that is unlawful or that harms others. We may limit or end access where a restriction is breached, and we will tell you why when the law allows us to. In particular, you must not try to copy, reverse engineer or resell the platform, use automated tools to scrape content at scale, or give another person access to your account credentials.

3. Promotional materials and newsletters

If you agree, we may send you promotional materials and newsletters about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message or by contacting support. Service messages, such as security alerts or changes to these terms, are not promotional and will still be sent.

4. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, software and the Dromela name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the site for its intended purpose. Any other use needs our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation. Reports, charts and statements shown in your account are for your personal use and record keeping, and may not be republished as if they were ours.

5. Confidentiality and privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and to tell us promptly if you suspect they have been compromised.

6. Links

The website may contain links to third-party sites. They are provided for convenience, we do not endorse them and we are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices. You use linked sites at your own risk, and you should read their terms and privacy notices before relying on them or giving them information.

If you link to our website from your own, you must not suggest that we endorse or are affiliated with you, and you must not frame or alter our content.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the site to break any law, to send spam or malicious content, to attack or overload our infrastructure, to introduce viruses, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, to impersonate another person, or to infringe the intellectual property rights of others. We may suspend access and report conduct to the authorities when it breaches this section.

8. Support

Support is available through the contact form and at [email protected]. We aim to respond promptly, but response times are targets rather than guarantees, and we may need verification of your identity before discussing account details.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and complete but do not warrant that it is free of errors, current at all times or that the service will be uninterrupted. Past results do not guarantee future results, and nothing here should be read as a promise of profit.

Digital assets and other instruments are volatile. You acknowledge that you have read the risk disclosure and understand that you can lose all of the money you put in.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dromela is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for losses caused by market movements, third-party providers, force majeure events or your breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

11. Indemnity

This section does not require you to cover losses that arise from our own negligence or wilful misconduct. It applies to claims that a third party brings against us because of something you did on or through the site.

You agree to compensate us for loss or claims arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the website or your infringement of anyone's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12. General provisions

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when the updated version is published on this page, so please check it regularly. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
