General use

How do I register?

Fill in the form on the home page or the account page with your name, email and phone number. It takes about a minute. After that, your account manager contacts you to explain the next steps and help you with verification.

What do I need to start?

A valid photo ID, proof of your address, a mobile phone and, from $250, funds to deposit. If you want to connect an exchange you will also need an account there. Your account manager can guide you through each item.

Do I need trading experience?

No. The platform is built for people without a trading background. It does not mean that there is no risk, so use only money you can afford to lose.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The website and the dashboard are designed to work in a mobile browser, and you can pause strategies, review reports and read alerts from your phone.

Fees and results

What does it cost to use?

There is no monthly platform fee. A trading commission of up to 0.58% per transaction and a currency conversion fee of up to 1.50% may apply, and they are shown before you confirm anything. The full list is on the fees page.

Where can I see all the fees?

The fees page contains the core fees, additional costs and deposit and withdrawal conditions in tables. Your account also shows the cost of each trade before you confirm it.

Is a profit guaranteed?

No. Results depend on the market and on your settings, and past results do not predict future ones. Losses are possible, including the loss of your whole deposit.

Features and use

What does the platform do automatically?

It monitors markets continuously, analyses price patterns using probability-based models and places trades according to the strategies you have chosen. You set limits and can pause at any time.

Can I choose which features to use?

Yes. You can switch individual strategies and notification types on or off, choose which pairs to follow and set how much each strategy may use.

How do alerts work?

You choose the events you want to hear about, such as a strategy pausing, a position closing or a login from a new device. Alerts are sent by email, and in your dashboard.

What are the strategies?

They are sets of rules for when to open and close positions. Some are ready-made by experienced traders, and you can also adjust parameters to build your own.

Risk

Can I lose money?

Yes. Digital assets and shares can fall quickly, and you may lose some or all of the amount you invested. Read the risk disclosure before depositing.

What happens in a very volatile market?

The platform includes protective mechanisms that can pause trading when conditions become unusually unstable. They are designed to limit exposure, but they do not eliminate loss or guarantee that capital is preserved.

Security and account

How is my account protected?

With two-factor sign-in, encrypted connections, login alerts, session control and limited API keys. The security page describes all nine protections.

Where are my funds held?

Funds used for trading remain in your exchange account or with the payment provider you used. We do not ask for withdrawal rights on your API key.

What if I think someone has accessed my account?

Use the lock option in your security settings, or email support immediately. We will lock the account, end all sessions and review activity with you.

Help and support

How can I reach support?

By the contact form, by email, or by phoning your account manager. Support is available every day, and replies to email normally arrive within one working hour.

What if I set something up wrongly?

Pause the strategy, then contact your manager. Most settings can be corrected immediately, and your manager can walk you through the correct configuration.

What if I do not understand a figure on my dashboard?

Every position has an explanation, and reports include a glossary. If it is still unclear, ask your manager. Nobody expects you to know trading jargon.
