Fraud warning
Dromela takes every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity seriously. Sometimes we identify companies that use our name, or names close to ours, without our permission. This can cause confusion and spread incorrect information about us and our services.
Why we publish this notice
We created this notice to protect the public. Impersonation of financial platforms is common, and it usually targets people who have shown interest in trading by searching online or filling in a form. By stating clearly who we are and how we contact people, we hope to make it easier for you to spot someone who is not us.
Our only website is dromela.org, and our only email domain is the same. We will not message you from a free webmail address, a messaging app account we have not told you about, or a social media profile asking for deposits.
Cloned companies
If you suspect that you are dealing with a company that is cloning our brand, name or logo, we recommend that you do not share any personal information and that you notify us immediately by email at [email protected].
We work continuously to identify all clone companies, but we emphasise that some of them may remain unidentified for a period of time. Clients should always verify the legitimacy of the companies they deal with online before they share personal data or begin any business relationship.
Our responsibility
We are aware of cases where our name and personal details have been misused for fraudulent purposes, which we cannot influence or control. While we deeply regret the financial losses of anyone who has experienced such losses, our company is not responsible for any fraudulent transactions made in our name.
